Tick the reps you want on the board. Leave them all unticked to show everyone who's active or logged in.

The 4 working sessions. Their total length is the time each rep should be available; the gaps between them are breaks, which are never counted. Leave a session blank to skip it (e.g. Friday's 4th).

e.g. DEAL — an agent finalising a deal counts as available, not a break. Known codes: BREAK DEAL LUNCH TECH TOILET.

A rep is flagged late if they're not available (ready / on call / deal) within this many seconds of a session start. It's a dialer — 30 seconds is a sensible default.

How often the board pulls fresh figures and re-counts. Lower = more live (more DB hits); higher = lighter.
