Rep Monitor

All figures are today and call times are actual. The ViciDial row is the dialer: live status, calls dispositioned, answered (reached a person) vs no answer (busy / machine / dead line), and real talk time — verified against call recordings, always shown even when small. Where most of a rep's calls are dialled on their Yay handset, the Vici row adds "voice mostly on Yay ↓": their dialer entries are largely previews of the same conversations spoken on the handset, so the Total counts the Yay calls plus only the dialer calls they actually talked on — no call is counted twice, and none of their real dialer talk is lost. The Yay row is the Yay phone feed (calls on the handset, answered / no answer, durations). The Total row adds the two systems together (v/y = the split). Under Yay calls, wk/mo = this week / this month.
